Lodging is available at the Guye cabin which is owned by the Washington Alpine Club (WAC). It has bunks, living area, dining area and a full kitchen. Cost is $15/night for WAC members, $20/night for non-members. Payment is made upon arrival.
Distance Learning Project (DLP) courses are designed for students who are motivated to study at home and who are unable to attend a 9 day standard WFR. Registered students will prepare for the course with our online study website*, text books, case studies and online testing. The 5 days of class time will focus on hands on skills and review of the pre-course study through case studies and simulations. *DLP students must have access to a computer with high speed internet to complete the pre-course study.
Certification is through the Wilderness Medicine Training Center (WMTC)
